Pool Rules and Hours of Operation

The pool is open from May 26th, 2025 - September 1st, 2025
Pool Officially closes Sept 1st, 2025 @ 8PM.

Normal pool Hours starting May 26th is 9AM to 8PM.

While using the pool area, we will ask of the following:

1. You will need a pool pass. (you get a pool pass when your Home Owners Dues are paid in full) Please contact the HOA president for a card. If your card does not work - please contact the HOA President.

2. You must be 16 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult.

3. No food. 

4. No pets allowed. (With exception to service animals. Will require documentation.)

5. No horseplay. 

6. No use of illicit drugs.

Please be aware that we are now governed by the City of Lee's Summit health dept. and their by-laws. City inspectors can and will make unannounced visits and inspections. All rules and ordinances will be enforced.

*Please be advised that the Clubhouse and Pool areas are under 24hr video surveillance.

**Violations will result in the suspension or revocation of pool privileges.

****Pool Passes are given out when time allows. We are on the board on a volunteer basis. Thank you for your understanding.

*****If you are renting the Clubhouse for a party, etc. then the pool is off-limits. The pool is a first come, first serve basis and can not be rented.
