Clubhouse Rules

Our clubhouse is available for rent to members of the Cheddington Homeowners Association. The fee is $30.00 per hr. A rental deposit is required. 

We do reserve the right to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee for canceled rentals. Non-Negotiable.We also reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee and hold deposits if the clubhouse is left in disarray. 
 
Our clubhouse hours of operation are from 9AM to 8PM.
 
We also have a WIFI service now in the clubhouse. Instructions can be found on the Wifi tab.
 
While using the clubhouse we will ask the following:

1. No illicit activities. (IE: Use of illegal drugs, alcohol, etc.)

2. No food or beverages taken to the pool area.
​
3. Clean up after you are finished using the clubhouse. (Failure to clean the clubhouse after it's use will result in the deposit becoming forfeit.)
​
4. A rental contract must be signed and all deposits and rental fees must be paid prior to the clubhouse being used.

*Please be advised that the Clubhouse and Pool areas are under 24hr video surveillance. Any form of substance abuse or vandalism on the property will be reported to local law enforcement.
