Clubhouse Rules
Our clubhouse is available for rent to members of the Cheddington Homeowners Association.

Rental Fee: $55.00 per hour (effective January 1, 2026)

Deposit: A rental deposit is required.

Cancellation: A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to canceled rentals. This is non-negotiable.

Cleaning: A $55.00 cleaning fee may be charged, and deposits may be withheld if the clubhouse is left in disarray.

Eligibility: We reserve the right to deny rentals to homeowners who are not in good standing. Please ensure your HOA dues are paid.
Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Wi-Fi: Available in the clubhouse. Instructions are on the Wi-Fi tab.
While using the clubhouse, please follow these rules:

No illicit activities (e.g., illegal drugs, alcohol).

No food or beverages in the pool area.

Clean up after use. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

A signed rental contract and full payment of fees and deposits are required before use.
Please note: The clubhouse and pool areas are under 24-hour video surveillance. Any substance abuse or vandalism will be reported to law enforcement, and criminal activities will be prosecuted.
